Refund & Cancellation Policy

Enrollment Fees

  • Once enrolled at Urvashi Library, fees are non-refundable and non-transferable to any other student.
  • After the payment of fees, if the student decides not to join the library or wishes to withdraw for any reason, the fee will not be refunded.

Exceptional Cases

In special circumstances, the Director may review and consider fee-related issues on a case-by-case basis. However, the decision of the Director will be final and binding.

Payment Methods

  • Fees can be paid via cash or bank draft payable in the name of Urvashi Library.
  • All disputes related to fee payments will fall under the jurisdiction of the Lucknow District Court.

Changes to Policy

  • The fee structure and refund policy are subject to change without prior notice.
  • It is the responsibility of the student to stay updated with the latest policies as posted on the library’s website or notice board.
